Claraline AI provides an AI receptionist and CRM platform that helps businesses handle inbound calls, capture caller details, automate follow-up actions, and manage appointment workflows.
Acceptable use
- You may not use Claraline for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, or spam.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service infrastructure.
- You are responsible for content and communication sent through your account.
Customer consent responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all legally required permissions and consent before contacting end users via phone, SMS, or email through Claraline.
SMS Terms (Claraline AI)
- Program name: Claraline AI.
- Messages may include follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and requested information related to a customer inquiry.
- Message frequency: varies and is sent as needed.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel.
- Help: Reply HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply.

Claraline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claraline disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
