  • Support customer follow-ups and communication requested through your business.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed with service providers that help us operate Claraline, such as communications, voice, AI, and hosting providers (for example Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and cloud infrastructure providers).

SMS disclosures

  • SMS follow-ups are sent only after customer-initiated contact with a business using Claraline.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer settings.

Security
